A Wiltshire Police officer has been indicted for stalking. Andrew Edwards, 32, of Chippenham, was charged with misconduct in public service and section 4A stalking.
Wiltshire Police announced his suspension on full pay, Andrew Edwards’, from duties as a response officer following the force’s awareness of the alleged incidents that led to his later charges.
Andrew Edwards resigned from Wiltshire Police on May 6, during an ongoing investigation. He has been granted bail to appear before Swindon Magistrates’ Court on 7 August.
