In 2024, the Offender Database reported that Andrew Austin, the Trowbridge Paedophile Child Molester, was convicted of child sexual offences originating from the late 1980s.
Andrew Austin, then 62, of The Spinney, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, was convicted after a trial at Winchester Crown Court in March 2024.
On April 26, 2024, he was sentenced to 18 years in prison after being found guilty of numerous charges of rape, indecent assault, and child cruelty offences.
Between the late 1980s and early 1990s, Andrew Austin perpetrated sexual abuse against two young children on several occasions.
In addition to the jail sentence, he received a sexual harm prevention order and was registered as a sex offender.
