A British Child Kidnapper, Alvina Agba, was apprehended at Miami International Airport for abducting a four-year-old boy from his mother and refusing to return him, as reported.

On Tuesday, a little toddler was waiting in line at a check-in desk with his mother when Alvina Agba, 23, approached and tried to console the boy, according to a complaint from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office.

The police report indicates that the boy’s mother permitted Alvina Agba to hold her son, after which she promptly removed the boy from the queue and separated him from his family.

Investigators reported that Alvina Agba positioned herself on the floor and encircled the youngster with her arms and legs. Upon the mother’s request for the return of her child, she responded, “No, this is my child.”

Naylet Montano, an eyewitness to the event, informed CBS News Miami: “I approached to ascertain the situation.” Upon approaching, I observed a woman on the ground, firmly clutching the young son.

At that point, I knew the child was in peril. I seized him and fled.

The woman on the ground rose and attempted to reclaim the boy from me. I would not permit her.

I dashed behind the counter and crouched to shield the youngster. She attempted to crawl beneath the counter. However, with the arrival of the police, she fled the scene.

Ms. Montano stated that her maternal instinct was activated upon observing the kid “in peril.”

The police report indicated that three males positioned themselves between Ms. Montano and Alvina Agba to prevent her from reclaiming the child.

Alvina Agba thereafter departed the vicinity prior to being apprehended at Checkpoint 5 in the airport.

She subsequently informed the authorities that she recalled a wall adorned with a rainbow in proximity to her location, believing it would pacify the boy and alleviate his distress.

She stated that she could not recall the events surrounding the boy’s mother’s arrival to get him and remarked, “She only acted upon divine instruction.”

Alvina Agba was apprehended and has been indicted for violence and custodial interference.
