The Offender Database reported that, in 2018, Alister Malsher Kettering Paedophile Child Molester, coerced his young victim to testify in court, before ultimately altering his plea to guilty.

Alister Malsher, a former drummer at a Kettering church, altered his plea on the fourth day of a week-long trial at Northampton Crown Court, after the testimonies of the victim, who was merely 12 years old at the time of the charges, and another juvenile witness.

Alister Malsher, THEN 24, of The Grove, confessed to a minimum of 15 charges of raping a female minor between August and November 2016.

He also confessed to inducing a minor under the age of 13 to view pornographic videos for his own sexual enjoyment.

On the fourth day of the trial, a jury at Northampton Crown Court was discharged after Alister Malsher, having initially denied the claims, altered his plea to guilty on all charges.

They were informed that Alister Malsher was employed as a refuse collector and, at the time of the offences, served as a drummer for a band affiliated with a church in Kettering.

The court was informed that Alister Malsher had manipulated his victim and subsequently assaulted her on multiple occasions.
