Subsequent to an investigation by Thames Valley Police, Alin Constantin Faur, from High Wycombe, has been incarcerated for violating a sexual risk order.

Alin Constantin Faur, 25, of Green Street, High Wycombe, received a 26-week prison sentence at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on 18 June.

Alin Constantin Faur was convicted by the court of one count of violating a sexual risk order/interim sexual risk order.

On 21 July of the previous year, Alin Constantin Faur was observed exhibiting sexualised behaviour by peering into windows within the community with his hands positioned in his trousers. At the time, Faur was under a sexual risk order that prohibited him from engaging in such behaviour.

Investigating officer PC George Ward said: “Alin Constantin Faur is a predatory individual and demonstrated a complete disregard for the conditions of his sexual risk order during this incident”

“Alin Constantin Faur had already been made subject to this sexual risk order to protect the public from his sexualised behaviour”

“I am pleased he received a custodial sentence.

“Thames Valley Police will always thoroughly investigate any breaches of court orders and conditions and seek to bring offenders before the courts”
