Having confessed raping an unconscious lady in Marylebone, Alex King London Rapist has been imprisoned. August 2007 saw Alex King meet a 25-year-old lady outside a nightclub in central London.
Following her to an address on Portland Place, the 43-year-old, Alex King, attacked and captured footage of her unconscious state.
Alex King tried to wipe the footage that a third party recovered.
Alex King was arrested in January 2018 following more information acquisition. September saw his charge with rape.
On Tuesday, December 17, Alex King, of no permanent address, was imprisoned at Southwark Crown Court for seven and a half years.
From Specialist Crime, Detective Constable Dan Cooke said: “After being confronted with the overwhelming evidence in this investigation, Alex King pleaded guilty to rape.
“What happened on that night 12 years ago has profoundly affected the victim, who must be praised for finding the confidence to come forward; she has been supported throughout this inquiry.
“We would advise anyone who has experienced a like situation to get in touch.”
