A bench warrant was issued for Ahmed Abashar on Tuesday, 30th September, when he failed to appear at court for sentencing after he was given bail after being found guilty of rape.
Then it took the idiot police nearly two weeks to publish his image as part of an appeal for information.
Ahmed Abasha is also wanted in relation to a breach of High Court bail.
