A paedophile Afghan asylum seeker, 23-year-old Ahmad Malakhil, has been arrested and charged for allegedly raping, strangling, and abducting a British 12-year-old girl.
Ahmad Malakhil, has been charged with two counts of rape against the young girl.
Warwickshire Police verified that Ahmad Malakhil, who allegedly across the English Channel in a tiny vessel, was apprehended four days post-attack and subsequently appeared in court the next day. He is detained until his subsequent appearance on August 26 at Warwick Crown Court.
CCTV footage purportedly depicts Ahmad Malakhil accompanying the girl approximately thirty minutes prior to the incident.
