The Offender Database reported that, in 2018, Abdul Rubel, the Bradford Paedophile Sex Offender, a convicted pervert who asked a 14-year-old girl for sex outside her school, was jailed for 19 months.
Abdul Rubel consumed one litre of “pink wine” within five minutes before soliciting and sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl.
Abdul Rubel, 28, of Allerton Road, Bradford, previously spent an 18-week prison sentence for attempting to seize a woman at a bus stop and for sexually assaulting another victim by groping her breasts.
He admitted guilt to attempting to provoke a minor into sexual conduct and committing sexual assault.
Abdul Rubel received a suspended sentence.
Abdul Rubel is required to register as a sex offender for a duration of ten years.
