A North Wingfield Paedophile deviant, Aaron Pruszak, who exchanged abhorrent child sexual imagery with others and articulated his dreams of molesting very young children has evaded an immediate prison sentence.
Derby Crown Court was informed that Aaron Pruszak downloaded images and videos depicting the sexual assault or rape of children as young as one year old. He additionally financed certain immoral content.
The 27-year-old hotel employee, Aaron Pruszak, acknowledged engaging in self-stimulation while viewing the films but refuted any sexual attraction to minors.
Having remained trouble-free for three years following his arrest, he has avoided an instant prison sentence.
Recorder Helen Malcolm KC imposed a two-year jail sentence, suspended for two years, stating: “You downloaded images from all three categories, and some were exchanged for money.”
A substantial number of category A photos, deemed the most severe, involved extremely young children.
“There is evidence you were actively searching for them on numerous occasions and your online chats describe your fantasies in which you are glorifying sexual violence of the worst kind.”
“In interview, he admitted to paying for one image over PayPal and also accepted watching the images and (touching himself sexually) to them but he denied getting sexual gratification from them and denied having a sexual interest in children.
“Some of the children were as young as one, there were a large number of images and he deliberately searched for young children being sexually abused.”
Aaron Pruszak, of Williamthorpe Road, North Wingfield, near Chesterfield, pleaded guilty to distribution of, and to making, indecent images of children and possession of extreme pornography.
As part of the suspended sentence order the judge ordered the defendant to attend 20 rehabilitation sessions with the probation service and ordered him to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work along with a 12-month mental health treatment programme.
She also placed the defendant, Aaron Pruszak, on the sex offender register for 10 years and handed him a 10-year sexual harm prevention order.
