The British Birmingham Beast, Whitney Leigh Williams, the Stechford Child and Animal Abuser, whose cats were discovered malnourished in a debris-laden property, has been prohibited from owning animals for 15 years.
Whitney Leigh Williams, 32, from Stechford, Birmingham, maintained five malnourished and mistreated animals in unclean conditions.
Whitney Leigh Williams confessed to animal welfare violations with four dogs, including a mother and her juvenile pup, as well as a cat.
The animals were confiscated by the police after being discovered residing in a property littered with refuse and excrement, lacking access to food and water. All of them were underweight, with their bones discernible through their fur.
Whitney Leigh Williams neglected to obtain veterinary care for a dog suffering from chronic hip issues and a paralysed hind leg that was nonfunctional. Regrettably, veterinarians determined that euthanasia was the most compassionate choice for this canine.
The remaining dogs and cats were transferred to the RSPCA and have been rehomed.
In addition to the 15-year prohibition on animal ownership, which Whitney Leigh Williams cannot contest for five years, she was mandated to pay £164.
Whitney Leigh Williams was additionally subjected to an Intensive Supervision Court order for 18 months, which mandated 25 Rehabilitation Activity Requirement days and a six-month alcohol treatment order.
