Additional information has just come to light on the incident involving a sex tape involving young individuals, which affects both current and former players of Real Madrid. Four individuals were charged with child pornography for recording and disseminating sexual activities involving a 16-year-old without her awareness or consent.

A recent article from El Confidencial, as reported by Relevo, has disclosed the identities of three individuals implicated in the incident. However, it is essential to note that all three individuals departed from the club. It is claimed that three individuals, namely Juan Rodriguez from Tarazona, Andres Garcia, who was released last summer, and Ferran Ruiz, who joined Girona B this summer, were all implicated in the matter. All individuals were affiliated with Real Madrid C or the youth teams, as the content was distributed across various group conversations involving players from Real Madrid.

Several WhatsApp chats have surfaced, indicating that the individuals involved knew the girl’s age. One individual expressed, “The most distressing aspect is that she was only 16 years old.” At the same time, Rodriguez purportedly made a jest, stating, “If I disclose her age, you will become extremely agitated.” Garcia made explicit remarks about the two girls shown in the film (one of whom was of legal age) and received praise from his teammates, who encouraged him to engage in similar behaviour in the future. Furthermore, Ruiz is said to have made explicit sexual comments that vividly described the violent nature of the conduct carried out by the individuals involved.

Furthermore, the report specifies that the number of individuals implicated in the case has exceeded four. The individuals involved were subjected to a police investigation, during which the Valdebebas training ground was searched, and cell phones were seized.

This is the most recent disreputable occurrence of sexual violence in Spanish football, after the convictions for rape against Dani Alves and Santi Mina.
