A Colne and Padiham Paedophile sex offender, Paul Gibbin, who has consistently violated his sexual harm prevention order by approaching or interacting with children has been observed in several ‘child-friendly’ pubs in Padiham.
Paul Gibbin, previously of Colne, received an 18-month suspended sentence for two years in 2022 after engaging in an online communication with an undercover police officer and attempted to arrange a meeting for sexual purposes with his ’11-year-old daughter.’
In 2023, he received a two-year prison sentence for six violations of his sexual harm prevention order and two violations of his notification obligations.
