A 59-year-old registered sex offender and Lancaster Paedophile, Nicholas Stubley, was incarcerated last week (Friday, August 1) for orchestrating child sex offences, attempting to orchestrate child sex offences, possessing indecent and prohibited images of minors, and violating a court order with stringent conditions aimed at mitigating his conduct.
Nicholas Stubley, 59, from Lancaster, was previously incarcerated for four years in 2017 for producing indecent photos of minors, attempting to facilitate child sexual offences, disseminating indecent images of minors, and violating a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
In September 2024, Nicholas Stubley was discovered to be participating in online discussions with an undercover agent, whom he perceived to be a father. Throughout these exchanges, Stubley conveyed a sexual interest in adolescents and his intention to meet and sexually use the operative’s child. He proceeded to organise a meeting at a freeway service area.
Nicholas Stubley was apprehended at his residence in October 2024 and subsequently confessed to five internet child sexual crimes.
Nicholas Stubley received an 11-year sentence last Thursday, comprising six years of incarceration and a five-year extended licence period.
He was had to sign the sex offenders’ registry eternally and was issued an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.
