A burglar, Milton White, the Peckham Rapist, who sexually assaulted a lady after unlawfully entering her residence at night, has been incarcerated again after being apprehended for breaking into another home following his release from prison.
In May 1990, Milton White assaulted a 60-year-old woman following his unlawful entry into her residence in Haringey.
Milton White, residing on Asylum Road in Peckham, was not apprehended until 22 years later, when a DNA breakthrough resulted in his conviction in 2012.
He was incarcerated for 12 years for rape, although his victim had been deceased for six years by that time.
Milton White has been incarcerated again for violating a sexual offence prevention order.
Court documents indicate that on June 12 of this year, he was apprehended when unlawfully entering another individual’s residence in Southwark without permission.
Milton White, now 59 years old, appeared at Croydon Crown Court on August 6.
He received an eight-month prison sentence for the intentional violation of the injunction.
