A paedophile from Droitwich, Kirt Tabberer, has received a three-year community term for various offences involving the creation of indecent photos of a child and extreme animal pornography.
Kirt Tabberer, 35, of Little Hill, Droitwich, was sentenced at Worcester Crown Court on Monday, 11 August, after pleading guilty to multiple crimes resulting from an investigation by South Worcestershire CID investigators.
Kirt Tabberer was sentenced for various offences, including the creation of indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a kid and the possession of extreme pornographic photos.
He received the subsequent sentences for his convictions:
- Count one – Making 62 category A indecent photographs/pseudo photographs of a child = community order of three years
- Count two – Making 35 category B indecent photographs/pseudo photographs of a child = community order of three years concurrent
- Count three – Making three category C images indecent photographs/pseudo photographs of a child = community order of three years concurrent
- Count four – Possession of two extreme pornographic images = community order of three years concurrent
- Count five – Possession of prohibited pornographic images of children – community order of three years concurrent
Kirt Tabberer was mandated to register as a sex offender for five years and will be subjected to an electronically monitored curfew for three months.
He was additionally issued a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for five years, mandated to pay £1,200 in costs, an £85 victim surcharge, and the seizure of his personal devices.
