Having broken his Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), a thirty-year-old man, Keiran Brodie Northampton Paedophile, has been put to jail.
Previously of Northampton, Keiran Brodie was found guilty in 2011 of letting a child under sixteen view a sexual act.
He was put on the Sex Offenders’ Register so and given a SHPO, which meant he had to follow some quite rigorous guidelines upon his release from prison.
These criteria included guiding police to open new bank accounts and establish online accounts or email addresses.
But when police officials from Northamptonshire Police’s MOSOVO (Management of Sexual or Violent Offers) Team visited him without notice on April 29 this year, they discovered email addresses he hadn’t told them of as well as three bank accounts he hadn’t revealed.
Further research revealed that he had made LinkedIn, Snapchat, Quora, and Instagram records.
Keiran Brodie was accused of violating his SHPO and taken right away into custody.
Earlier this month, on June 16, Keiran Brodie entered a guilty plea to the offence at Northampton Crown Court; he was sentenced to one year and nine months in jail.
