Back in 2010, Edwin Eddie Toop, a Farnborough Paedophile sex offender, was penalised after confessing to not informing the police of his residence.

Edwin Eddie Toop, 52, is mandated to report to his nearest police station annually to inform law enforcement of his location, as stated by Aldershot judges on Thursday, September 9.

This year, Edwin Eddie Toop neglected to notify the police of his residence in Farnborough, so violating the conditions of his notification obligations on the sex offenders register.

Edwin Eddie Toop was sentenced to five years in prison in 2006 following his conviction on two counts of inducing a child under the age of 13 to participate in sexual activity, after a trial at Reading Crown Court.

He compelled his victim to engage in sexual actions with him on at least two occasions.

Edwin Eddie Toop was employed as a bus driver in Reading and was on medical leave when the offences occurred following an assault in which a group splashed acid into his eyes.

Nonetheless, his employer, Reading Buses, faced criticism for permitting him to operate buses for a year following the charges brought against him.

David Renwick, representing the prosecution, informed the magistrates that Edwin Eddie Toop last communicated his residence, located at Curly Bridge Close, Farnborough, to the police on August 17 of the previous year.
