In 2022, Brian Morton, the Halewood Paedophile and Sex Offender, was sentenced to 14 years in prison for the rape of a minor under the age of 17.
Brian Morton, 61, of Halewood, was issued a lifelong sexual harm prevention order and an indefinite restraining order on Friday, 8 July, at Liverpool Crown Court for two charges of rape.
The victim said to the authorities that Brian Morton began grooming her at a young age. He thereafter commenced the sexual assault when she was 11 years old.
After a trial, Brian Morton was convicted and sentenced to 14 years for two counts of raping a female above the age of 16.
