In 2022, the Offender Register reported that Malcolm Montgomery, a paedophile pensioner from St Asaph, attempted to cultivate children by offering them cigarettes and vapes.
In 2006, Liverpool Crown Court sentenced Malcolm Montgomery, then 67, to seven years in prison for sex abuse.
He was sentenced to 27 months in prison after admitting to violating a sexual harm prevention order and committing a new sex assault on a minor at Mould Crown Court on November 29.
